Orders

Ebooks and Audiobooks are delivered via email from my distributor, BookFunnel. The email is sent soon after the purchase is complete. Please check your spam folder.

Physical books are mailed directly from me and my team in the US. View your Order history which should have the tracking number.

If you pre-ordered a book months ago, check the release date on the product page to see if it hasn't been released yet.

You will receive an automatic email with a tracking number and link when your order is shipped.

BookFunnel does allow you to send ebooks to your preferred e-reader or app via email. It is a fairly simply process. If you have any issues, please reach out to the support team at BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com.

For audiobooks, the best way to enjoy them is directly through the BookFunnel app, which is free.

A pre-ordered book could take 1-6 months to be delivered. Please pay close attention to the shipping estimates on the specific product page.

The shipping estimates from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL only estimate time IF the order was mailed that same day. Please ignore those dates for all pre-order physical books. We will keep you updated as the pre-orders are fulfilled.

Most pre-orders will spend a significant amount of time "On Hold" while we wait for the books to be written, edited, produced and shipped to us, before we can ship to you.

Don't worry, your order has not been canceled. Your order will be fulfilled when the book is scheduled to be released.

Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

All direct payment gateways, including mine, adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as many other forms of payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic shipping can take up to 14 business days.

Foreign shipping could take up to 30 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout based on the delivery shipping address to ensure it's the cheapest possible option.

Yes, we offer free shipping for large domestic orders and occasionally some specific products. Check the product, and the cart to see any current promotions on free shipping.

Yes, we ship to over 100 countries.

Please note that international shipping rates are usually expensive and could vary greatly depending on your region.

We do our best to package international shipments with extra padding and often times, double boxed. Due to the increased risk, we are not obligated to take responsibility for damaged products on international shipping orders.

We are a US based company that ships hand-signed books. International shipping costs shown at checkout are automatically calculated based on daily rates from UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx with no profit added on.

We do our best to ensure import/export taxes and duties are accounted for during checkout, but we do not take responsibility for increased or missing tariffs or import taxes to which you are solely responsible for.

All returned products due to unpaid tariffs or similar will be given a refund for the product, but not the shipping.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds for damaged or missing products at our discretion.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made. Refunds are only considered on PHYSICAL products.

No. Ebooks or audiobooks are not returnable or refundable. If you have technical difficulties accessing the digital files, an order can be canceled and refunded.

Digital products are distributed via BookFunnel.

Once BookFunnel sends the codes, you have 14 days before the codes expire. You have the books forever, don't worry.

You can either reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com to request new codes. Or you can go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login. There you will find all the books you have purchased under that email. 

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
