Shipping policy
Order Processing:
Please allow 2-14 days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!
Store Pickup:
There currently is no option for in-store pickup of orders.
Local Delivery:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. If Local delivery is available for your address, it will appear as a shipping option. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Flat Rate Shipping:
Depending on promotions, inventory, specific items, and the will of the merchant, some order will qualify for flat rate shipping or have flat rate shipping fees. Orders are generally shipped within 14 days using USPS.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: On occasion, we offer flat rate shipping within the USA, and to other countries. If applicable, these options will be available during checkout.
International Shipping:
Occasionally, we offer international shipping to select countries. If applicable, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping timelines for addresses outside the USA can range from 2 weeks to 6 months. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Julie Hall, and Julie Hall LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery based on postal tracking delivery dates, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@juliehallauthor.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please see our Refund and Return Policy for more information.
